Some very fake cards you see pop up every once in awhile. Some have different pictures, some have the wrong names. We’ll take a look at how to tell the difference between a real and a less obvious fake card lower on the page.

Did you notice the Digimon level on that last card? “COOKIE” HAHAHA. That’s gotta be stronger than a mega, right? Definitely a fake card…but my favorite fake card of all time.
Here’s a side by side comparison of a real d-tector card (left) and a bootleg copy (right). Some more obvious differences are the bootleg copy is smaller, it’s corners are less rounded, the font is different, and the copyright year is a year behind.
