Alpha Evolve Fakes

As with most Digimon card games, there are fakes. Here are some from Alpha Evolve. Notice that there are some small errors to tip you off (like the space in Candlemon’s name) and some big errors too (apparently Creepymon hides in vending machines). Actually, in all seriousness, I think alpha evolve packs came out of vending machines so that might explain that one. Another give away is the thin layer of foil over every card. It’s hard to see in the scans, but look at the black color surrounding the Digimon’s name and you should be able to make out the splotches of the foil that cover the whole card.

Here is the dead give-away. Look at the backs of the cards and you can tell for sure the difference between the real and these fakes. For the English Alpha Evolve cards the card backs should also be in completely English. See the comparison below.
