Booster set 1.5 was meant to help catch the English card game up to the sets already released in Japan. Some cards from Booster sets 1, 2, and 3 in Japan were reprinted in English and placed into the English booster set 1.0 (the rest of the cards from booster sets 1, 2, and 3 were produced in the English booster set 1.0).
This set has common, uncommon, rare, super rare, secret rare, and various alternate art cards. Rares come 1-2 per pack. In each booster box, 7 regular super rare cards can be found. In addition, each booster box contains 2 cards that were either secret rares or alternate art cards. This means a person could possibly open the packs of a box until they get the two best cards and than sell the rest of the packs, knowing that they would not be able to get another secret rare or alternate art card from the remaining packs. So be careful buying individual packs! They may have already been picked clean of the best cards.
This set also has dash pack cards that are given with every 12 booster packs, alternate art cards that came as a box topper to each booster box, and special box promotion packs that came in each booster box (see promo section) I’ll explain the the dash packs and box toppers more as we go along, but I’ve already blabbed too much and it’s time to look at some pictures.

The following 5 cards came in dash packs. A dash pack comes with every 12 booster packs bought so you should get 2 with every box. A dash pack has only 1 card. The 5 possible cards you can get out of them are alternate art cards of cards found within the 1.0 booster packs.

One of the following 6 cards are included in each Booster box. Hence, they are often called box toppers. They are alternate art versions of cards from the 1.0 booster packs.
