Digi-Battle Booster Series 2

Just like series 1, series 2 was first released in 2000 (despite the 1999 copyright date on the cards).

This 54 card set came packaged in orange, yellow, and red packs.

Gold stamp cards were 1:7 packs. Holographic cards were 1:3 packs.

There were also secret holo cards randomly inserted into series 2 packs (more on these later on this page). Please remember more information on specific cards can be found on the Digi-Battle checklist found on the Digi-Battle home page.

There was also an European pack (with cards in English) in which certain cards had slight printing differences (see the Fakes and Oddities page for more info). In the European packs, both holos and gold stamps are 1:16 packs.

Here are the cards found in series 2:

As stated earlier, Series 2 packs contained randomly inserted secret holos. These are holo versions of cards released in the first starter deck. An “S” was added to the end of the card number and each card would receive a 10 point boost to their best attack as compared to their non-holo starter deck counterparts. 18 of these secret holos could be found in series 2. The cards you can pull seem to be divided by pack wrapper color, but there is some controversy about which cards can come from which color packs. So for now, here are the secret holos you can pull in general from series 2 packs:

There is also a rumor that one can pull a Saberleomon or HerculesKabuterimon (just like the ones found in the first starter deck) from series 2 packs, but this hasn’t been confirmed as of yet.
